Dental IT services built around how your practice actually operates.

From full managed IT plans to a new office buildout to getting your website off a shared hosting account — I work with dental practices at whatever level makes sense for where they are today.

Managed IT Plans

Three tiers based on how much of your IT management you want handled. All plans include direct access to me — not a helpdesk.

Essential

For practices that want their technology monitored and maintained without having to think about it.

  • Endpoint management & security
  • OS & third-party patch management
  • Backup management & monitoring
  • Email security
  • Remote support & helpdesk

Premium

For practices that want full compliance coverage and a technology partner, not just IT support.

  • Everything in Professional
  • Quarterly disaster recovery testing
  • HIPAA compliance & risk assessments
  • Security awareness training
  • vCIO & quarterly business reviews
  • 24/7 critical system monitoring

Not sure which plan fits? That's what the free assessment is for.

Practice Acquisition & Sale Technology Assessments

Buying or selling a dental practice? I provide a comprehensive technology assessment that documents the full state of the IT infrastructure — servers, workstations, software licenses, backups, and HIPAA compliance posture. Buyers get a clear picture of what they're inheriting and estimated remediation costs. Sellers can demonstrate a well-maintained practice and remove technology uncertainty from the negotiation. Delivered as a written report with findings and risk ratings.

Questions I hear most often

What's the difference between the Professional and Premium plans?

Professional covers everything you need for full day-to-day IT management — network, software, vendor coordination, and everything in between. Premium adds the compliance layer: HIPAA risk assessments, disaster recovery testing, security awareness training, and quarterly business reviews. If you're not sure which fits, that's what the free assessment is for.

Can I start with a project and move to a managed plan later?

Yes — and that's a common path. A practice acquisition assessment or a security audit is a natural starting point. You get a clear picture of where things stand, and if it makes sense to move to ongoing support from there, we talk about it. There's no pressure and no obligation.

Do the web and hosting services require a managed IT plan?

No. Website design, hosting, and email hosting are standalone services. A lot of practices come to me for a website first and expand from there — but there's no requirement to do both.

Do you support Dentrix Ascend?

Yes. I support both server-based Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend. This includes network configuration, workstation setup, user access management, and coordination with Henry Schein for updates and compatibility issues.

How quickly do you respond to IT issues?

For critical issues — server down, imaging software failure, practice management outage — I treat them as emergencies. I understand that downtime in a dental practice isn't just an inconvenience. It's lost production and rescheduled patients.

Do you provide on-site support or is everything remote?

Both. Most day-to-day support is handled remotely for speed. For hands-on work — hardware installation, office buildouts, equipment replacements, and complex troubleshooting — I come to you.

Not sure where to start?

A free assessment takes about an hour. I'll look at your current setup and give you an honest picture of where things stand and what level of support makes sense for your practice.
